Long term use temperature up to 260 ℃ (UL certification), short-term tolerance up to 300 ℃;.

The glass transition temperature is 162 ℃, the melting point is 343 ℃, and it can still maintain high strength at high temperatures (bending strength of 24MPa at 200 ℃, 15-19MPa at 260 ℃).

Chemical Resistance

Only concentrated sulfuric acid can cause significant damage to it, with corrosion resistance similar to nickel steel, suitable for strong acid, strong alkali, and organic solvent environments.

Friction and self-lubricating properties

Low friction coefficient (0.34), excellent wear resistance, can work under oil-free lubrication conditions, suitable for friction components such as bearings and gears.

Other Performance

Flame retardancy: UL94 V-0 standard can be achieved without the need for additives, low smoke and non-toxic.

Electrical insulation: dielectric strength of 190kV/mm, low dielectric loss at high frequencies, suitable for insulation components in high temperature and high voltage environments.

Resistance to hydrolysis and radiation: It has stable performance in high temperature and high pressure water and can withstand high doses of gamma ray radiation.
