Black PEEK resin with peel resistance is a highperformance engineering plastic with excellent peel resistance, high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and insulation properties.
1. Material characteristics
Peel resistance:
PEEK resin has excellent peel resistance and is suitable for manufacturing thin coated wires or electromagnetic wires, maintaining stable performance even under harsh conditions.
High temperature resistance: PEEK has a melting point of up to 343 ℃, a continuous use temperature of up to 260 ℃, and a load heat deformation temperature of up to 316 ℃ (enhanced type), suitable for high temperature environments.
Chemical Corrosion Resistance:
PEEK has excellent corrosion resistance to most chemicals and may only be dissolved or destroyed in strong acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
Mechanical Performance :
PEEK has high strength and toughness, excellent fatigue resistance, and is suitable for applications that can withstand alternating stress.
Self lubrication:
PEEK has a low coefficient of friction and excellent wear resistance, making it particularly suitable for applications that require low friction such as sliding parts or bearings.
Insulation Performance: PEEK can maintain stable electrical insulation performance in high temperature and high frequency environments, making it suitable for the field of electronic and electrical appliances.
Color and Fillers:
Black PEEK is achieved by adding black fillers (such as carbon black) or dyeing, which not only meets appearance requirements but also improves thermal conductivity and wear resistance.
Performance Consistency : The performance of black PEEK is similar to that of ordinary PEEK, making it suitable for high demand engineering fields.
Wire and cable :
Due to its excellent peel resistance and insulation performance, black PEEK is commonly used to manufacture insulation layers for wire and cable in high temperature and high voltage environments.
Electronic appliances:
used for manufacturing connectors, printed circuit boards, hightemperature connectors, etc.
Mechanical industry:
Suitable for components such as bearings, piston rings, seals, etc. that require wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
Aerospace:
Used for manufacturing lightweight, hightemperature resistant aircraft components such as fuel filters, bolts, etc.
