PTFE material has good chemical corrosion resistance and friction coefficient. After adding 20% PTFE ,PEEK material has significantly improved corrosion resistance, self-lubricating and friction resistance.
PEEK-FE:80%PEEK+20%PTFE
PEEK-FE has better toughness than PEEK-FC, and without the addition of carbon fiber, PEEK-FE has a higher elongation at break. Under the same testing conditions, the impact result without a notch is no fracture.
